for Boarders

The Boarders are not allowed to take their guests to their
rooms.

Day Scholars are not allowed to visit the Hostel.

Boarders are not allowed to keep more than Rs. 200/-.

Boarders are not permitted to wear Gold jewellery.

Boarders should study in their own rooms.

Use of Electrical appliances such as Room Heater, Iron etc.
and Mobile phones are not allowed.

Light and fan must be switched off when not in use.

Hostel room and Lobby must be kept clean.

Boarders are not allowed to go to the Warden's or Teachers'
room under any circumstance.

Boarders are not allowed to take food in their rooms.
NOTE
Boarders are responsible for the safekeeping of their money, belongings and
clothes etc. Defaulters will be punished strictly. On personal requests from the
parents of wards, Boarders can go home on special occasions.
Rules
For the Visitors
- Visitors are allowed to visit their wards during specified days and
Hours only.
- Visitors may visit their wards on Sundays 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM in summers
and 10:00 AM to 06:00PM in winter.
- Visitors are allowed only in the visiting room.
- Any exception to visiting time and/or person must be approved of by the
Warden.
- No guest will be allowed to stay in the hostel for the night, not even
female guests.
- The Visitors must sign the Visitor's Register at the gate before entering.
- Visitors will be allowed to see a boarder only upon presentation of
Visitors' identification card issued by the college and signed by the
parents, and only then can see their wards.
- Parking is prohibited outside the hostel area.
NOTE
PARENTS MUST
COOPERATE WITH THE COLLEGE AUTHORITIES IN MAINTAINING
DISCIPLINE IN THE
COLLEGE AND THE HOSTEL.
Rules
For Boarders Visit Home
- Boarders will be allowed to visit their home twice a month i.e. 1st
weekend, 3rd weekend, and if a student is detained at home under unforeseen
circumstances, Hostel Warden should be informed telegraphically or
Telephonically. Otherwise the Boarder will be considered absent at her own
risk.
- No leave on unscheduled days will be sanctioned unless there is an
emergency. In such situation, a letter from the parents may be considered
for grant of leave.
- Boarders will go home at their own risk and responsibility.
- For sports boarders, leave shall be granted only if it is endorsed by the
teacher in-charge of games.
- When a boarder reports back, she must show her identity card duly signed
by her parents to the warden.
- A boarder must sign the students Leave register before leaving the hostel
and on reporting back.
